Over the past two decades of development, our production equipment has undergone iterative updates, evolving from the initial 'old-style water-pressure machines' to modern 'water-free pressure testing machines', significantly enhancing production efficiency. Our production capacity has also seen a significant increase, from initially producing over 1,000 products per day to now exceeding 5,000 products per day, with an average of one product completed every 15 seconds. Furthermore, our precision processing has achieved 90% automation, shifting from the previous 'drill machines' producing over 2,000 products per day to modern 'milling machines' capable of producing over 5,000 products per day. This not only improves production efficiency but also ensures product quality.

Products and Services

We have always prioritized product quality and customer service. When selecting brass materials, we prefer those with low lead content, typically using copper of HPb-59 material, which accounts for 90% of our total output. Upon arrival of each batch of copper rod raw materials, we conduct random sampling and perform 3 to 4 tests with imported spectrometers to ensure that they meet standards. Additionally, we inspect their corrosion resistance and mechanical properties with other equipment. Throughout the production process, we strictly control the processing accuracy and surface quality of our products. After assembly, we conduct multiple quality tests such as hydrostatic test and pressure test to make sure that the product performance meets standard requirements. Finally, our warehouse conducts comprehensive quality inspections in terms of appearance, size, sealing performance, and strength.
