Automated Production Process
In recent years, Bozheng Copper Industry has continuously updated its production and inspection equipment. As of now, we have numerous excellent equipment and a complete process flow. We adopt advanced management concepts, technological means, and modern production management, and have won the praise and trust of our customers.
In the past 20 years of development, our production equipment has been continuously iterated and updated, upgrading from the original “old-fashioned water pressure machine” to the modern “anhydrous pressure detection machine”, significantly improving production efficiency. Our production capacity has also greatly improved, from initially producing over 1000 products per day to now reaching over 5000 products per day, with an average completion time of one product every 15 seconds. In addition, our precision machining has achieved 90% automation, transforming from the past “drill bit machine” producing over 2000 products per day to a modern “water wheel” capable of producing over 5000 products per day. This not only improves production efficiency, but also ensures product quality.

Products And Services
Bozheng Copper has always prioritized product quality and customer service. In terms of selecting brass materials, we tend to use brass materials with low lead content, usually using copper made of HPb-59 material, which accounts for 90% of the total production. When each batch of copper rod raw materials enters the factory, we will conduct random sampling and use an imported spectrometer for 3-4 tests to ensure that they meet the standards.
At the same time, we also tested its corrosion resistance and mechanical properties through other equipment. In the production and processing process, we strictly control the machining accuracy and surface quality of the products. After the product assembly is completed, we will conduct multiple quality inspections such as water pressure test and pressure resistance test to ensure that the product performance meets the standard requirements.
Finally, we will conduct a comprehensive quality inspection by the warehouse, including appearance, size, sealing performance, strength, and other aspects.
